About Allie Krider
Allie Krider began riding at four and has spent the last 30 years with horses in one way or another. As a youth, Allie competed in All-Around Performance classes but was always most passionate about the intricate pattern work of Showmanship, orsemanship, and Western Riding. Like many – college, career, and family eventually took her out of the show pen and her American Quarter Horse, Impulsination, became her daughters’ backyard pony pal. When her mother began competing in Western Dressage with their American Quarter Horse gelding,
Western Gunfighter, Allie had the opportunity to watch the discipline in action while fulfilling the role of “horse show daughter”. After dutifully filling the support role for a few seasons Allie returned to the show pen in 2022 and had the privilege of competing at the WDAA World Show earning Reserve Champion titles in rail classes. Today, Allie competes with Western Gunfighter in both the Performance pen and Western Dressage arena and is enjoying honing her skills in the Western Dressage discipline. When not in the saddle, Allie Krider is a Financial Advisor with RBC Wealth Management. She joined her mother, Ellen Krider, as the third generation in financial planning in October 2022. The Krider Legacy Wealth Management Group focuses on helping clients meet their financial goals through empowerment and education.
Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Allie graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2016 with her Master’s degree in Health Science Administration. Allie has experience in non-profit management, financial planning, community relations, development, and strategy. In various consulting roles Allie has been engaged in curating strategic plans, identification of community partnership opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, operational planning, and formalizing mutually beneficial collaborative agreements. Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management Allie was in executive leadership for multispecialty employed physician groups in Southwest Florida. Allie lives in Naples, Florida with her two daughters, Harper (9) and Ainsley (7). Western Gunfighter is shown by three generations of Krider women.
