Thank you from Annual Show Grant Recipient, Izabella DeToma
I am so grateful I was able to attend the WDAFL Annual Show this year. I started riding Western Dressage a little less than a year ago and I truly enjoy it. When I was younger and first started riding I dreamed of competing in shows. Now I am so happy I am able to make my dream a reality. I am so incredibly lucky and grateful to have people who have helped me become a better rider and to those who have supported me through my journey in Western Dressage. I have always loved horses ever since I can remember and being able to form a bond and partnership with them is something truly magical and something I hold dear to my heart. I am thankful to work with such an amazing and patient horse like Ace. He was one of the first horses I learned Western Dressage on. Ace has taught me what it means to be a good rider and horsemanship. I am deeply grateful for this grant that has allowed me to show at the WDAFL Annual Show. I hope to continue my passion in Western Dressage and to continue growing as a rider.
