About Charlotte Trentelman
Charlotte Trentelman has been a USEF Judge in Dressage since 1993. She received her “S” rating in 2003, judging through Grand Prix. She has also competed through Grand Prix.
She began competing with a Quarab in Western Pleasure and Trail in the 1970’s, and has also competed in the Hunter Division. Since 1999, she has trained and competed in the Combined Driving division, through the Advanced Level.
“I’ve competed with many different breeds: Arabians, Morgans, Warmbloods, Thoroughbreds, and Quarter Horses, to name a few. I enjoy working with different breeds. For me, Education is the best part of the Journey. We have to keep moving forward in our knowledge of the sport.”
Currently, she judges about 25 shows a year in Dressage, Combined Training, and Breed Shows across the United States. Enjoys travel and claims that she’ll never get tired of looking at horses.
