To My Dear friends at WDAFL,
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing me to be your “educational grant” recipient. One of my very favorite parts about this sport is that we all have room for growth, can always get a little bit better and always keep learning. That can be a difficult process in many ways, but it is always made sweeter with good friends by your side!
The application for WDAFL educational grant was so easy to fill out I could not believe it when you contacted me right back and said YES! I was truly honored to be chosen and am so grateful that you all are here to support your members and be able to provide such wonderful opportunities like the one given me.
As we all know being in this industry is very hard mentally, physically and financially…. This Grant really meant a lot to me and was such a nice treat!
I chose to use my grant in a clinic with Greta Wrigley hosted here at our home farm. I so enjoy working with Greta and try to have her here for clinics often as schedules allow! Greta is an absolute pleasure to train with, straight forward, to the point…. yet easy to understand for both horse and rider at any level.
Thank you again WDAFL board and members for all you do. I hope to be a supporter, member and part of this wonderful group for many many years to come.
