Now that we have finished with the WDAFL Annual Show, it is time to get on with board member nominations and teen liaison submissions!
Board Members
This year, we have three board members, who have finished their 3 year terms. With these vacancies, and the ability to have up to 9 board members, we have four slots for the board open. Please consider serving (you can nominate yourself as well!) to help keep this lively association moving forward with new ideas. Each board term is a 3 year commitment beginning January 1. Once membership of the board is determined, the board members determine officer and director positions.
Teen Liaison
We also have an opening for a new teen liaison. Any teen member interested in serving in this unofficial board position can apply by writing a short (paragraph or 2) as to why they would like to serve. This position brings the youth member perspective to the board to help us continue to serve our youth membership. This position serves for a one year term.
