WDAFL has created a new High Point Program just for Online/Virtual shows.
These shows must be WDAA approved and the rider must be a WDAA/WDAFL member in good standing.

Virtual/Online High Point Rules:
- Open to all participants who are Western Dressage Association of America (WDAA) and Western Dressage Association of Florida (WDAFL) members.
- One horse/one rider/level
- Participants may enter only one division per horse/rider team.
- Horse/rider may only enter two consecutive levels per year.
- Entry Fee: $30 (per level)
- Divisions: Open, Amateur, Youth (under 18). Overall High Point will be awarded in each division and individual level High Points in each division.
- Levels: Introductory, Basic, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5; no freestyle or specialty classes, such as Western Dressage Equitation, Western Dressage Suitability.
- Must submit a minimum of six tests from at least three different online/virtual WDAA approved shows under three different WDAA approved judges (per level).
- One test must be test 4 of the level in which you are competing.
- The average score will be used to calculate High Point.
- A horse and rider team may only win High Point Champion a maximum of two times at any single level.
- Rider submits an online application available on www.wdafl.org with their fee.
- Rider subsequently submits a copy of test sheet(s) containing the name and date of the show, the name of the rider and horse, the judge’s printed name and signature and percentage score to highpoint@wdafl.org subject “High Points”. (*NOTE: Test sheet must be received legible; Scan, email or snail mail, no cell phone photos please; If received without the required information or not legible, test may be discarded)
- Scores may be verified with show management before qualifying for high point submission.
- In case of a tie, the horse/rider with the highest single score is the winner; if the highest scores are the same, the next highest scores will be considered until the tie is broken.
- Individual Level High Points will be calculated in the same manner as Overall High Point. Points are accumulated for each level in which horse/rider entered.
- Total points will be posted on the Western Dressage Association of Florida web site.
- Awards will be presented at the Annual Western Dressage Association of Florida meeting or may be mailed.
- High Point year will start on December 1, of the current year through November 30, of the following year.
